Today while we were all having breakfast we saw two red squirrels hopping from tree to tree. They were beautiful. Franca and I will make gnocchi con pesto for lunch today. Nonna (Zia Marcella) will have lunch with us. She is sitting in the sun right now with her caregiver from Moldavia (near Russia) Ludumilla. Ludamilla is 42 and has a 24 year old son in Russia and an 8 year old daughter in Moldavia with her grandmother and father. Ludumilla works 6 days a week with Marcella and the 7th she washes pans in a ristorante.
